The Thermo Scientific 840-207700 Genesys 10S visible-light spectrophotometer has pre-programmed bio assays, a 325 to 1100mn wavelength range, 5.0nm bandwidth, and a tungsten-halogen lamp, and is used for applications in quality regulate, reaction monitoring, and colorimetric and life science analysis. Preprogrammed and configurable methods include bio assays, wavelength scanning at as much as 4,200nm/minute, absorbance ration and absorbance difference measurements, quantitative analysis with as much as 15 standards and five calibration curve fits, and more than one fixed measurements at as much as 31 wavelengths. The performance verification report includes time, date, and instrument serial number to conform to GLP/GMP and regulatory compliance.
